As a guide, consultations usually take between two and four hours, but there's no set time limit. Every dog is different and every owner is different, so the consultation will be adapted to meet you and your dog's specific needs.

During the consultation, you will understand why your dog behaves in certain ways and what it is thinking. You'll learn simple Amichien® bonding techniques to communicate with your dog so that it is able to stop any undesirable behaviour of its own free will.

Changes often occur during the visit, so you can see that the method works, that there are no tricks and that it's something you can do yourself.

At the end of the consultation you'll have a personalised action plan to remind you of the main points.

Following the consultation, you are encouraged to complete a feedback form and return it directly and confidentially to Jan Fennell. This helps Jan to monitor the quality of service provided and helps both Jan and me in our work.

Your consultation is just the start of an ongoing process. Once the initial visit is over, unlimited back up is available by phone or email if you have any questions, require further advice or just need reassurance.

A consultation, including unlimited support, costs £150, plus return travel from Chesterfield to your home at 40p per mile. Discounts are available to Derbyshire Gold Card holders. Payment by installments can be arranged.
